Lease Assistance (PSCOC / Public School Facilities Authority)
Verify current figure~$700/pupil lease assistance (CPI-adjusted), allocated on instructional square footage and covering a portion or all of classroom-facility lease payments; recent legislation is moving toward a standardized per-pupil model. Confirm the current allocation with the NM PSFA.

Private schools: federal services & the New Mexico ombudsman
Private and faith-based schools in New Mexico can't take federal Title money as cash, but their students and teachers are entitled to a fair share of the services it funds - tutoring, teacher training, technology, and English-learner support - delivered by the local public school district at no cost to the school. If a district won't cooperate, New Mexico's equitable-services ombudsman is the referee who enforces it.
